By engaging Africool Technology for HVAC-R services, you agree to our terms of service. All work is performed according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
We provide warranty on all installation work. Warranty terms vary by equipment type and are detailed in our service agreements. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors.
Payment terms are outlined in individual quotations and service contracts. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Africool Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
